After some more thought I guess it would be good to split off the
a52dec part. The library is from the same project as mpeg2dec,
which recently changed the name to libmpeg2:
   <http://libmpeg2.sourceforge.net/downloads.html>
The plan it to factor out the binaries (which will only be used by
a fraction of users) in
   mpeg2dec
   a52dec
and let them depend on
   libmpeg2
   liba52
This way existing packages which depend on *dec won't break (which is
CSWvlc only anyway which only uses the lib).

Currently we have
   mpeg2dec   CSWmpeg2dec
   liba52     CSWliba52
being not that much consistent.
