[csw-maintainers] Package naming of splitting of library-packages

Hi,

I am currently packaging up libcdio and libcddb. Both packages
consist of some libraries and some binaries. The libraries are
somewhat self-contained and do not depend on each other while
the binaries of both packages require each their and the other
library. The upstream author recommended splitting up the library
from the binaries. In terms of OpenCSW that would mean having
two build recipes
   libcddbrt
   libcdiort
which produce the CSWlibcddbrt and CSWlibcdiort packages.
Then two other build descriptions
   libcddb
   libcdio
will produce CSWlibcddb and CSWlibcdio containing the
binaries.

Now the question: library-packages usually don't have
runtime-subpackages, but in this case it would IMHO be
useful. Thoughts? Phil?
