[csw-maintainers] new vim/gvim in testing

Changes:
- Update to patch 102
- Runtime changes:
   * $VIM is now set to /opt/csw/share/vim
      this allows other packages to install vim
      extensions (e.g. syntax, etc) in
      /opt/csw/share/vim/..
      (e.g. /opt/csw/share/vim/syntax)
   * Added vimrc and gvim rc files to the new
     $VIM path that include the following
     system wide rc files if they exist:
       /opt/csw/etc/vim/[g]vimrc
       /etc/opt/csw/etc/[g]vimrc
