[csw-maintainers] Empty prototype even though PKGFILES_CSWcupsclient is set correctly

I have never seen pkgutil get this wrong. Can you provide the output
of "pkginfo -l CSWcupsclient" and "pkginfo -l CSWcupsdev" to see what
architecture the package is for? I want to know if the package file is
named wrong or what.
