Well, libintl.so.8 doesn't provide libiconv_set_relocation_prefix but have 
it as a undefined symbol, i.e to be provided by some other library.

Unfortunately my applications needs a Oracle database and a bunch of data in 
it to get to the part of the code where there is a problem.
