It is not specific to gar. more informational than anything else.
yes it is the information on how libtool and sun compilers use the enable-fast-install.
I applied for the wiki.opencsw pages.
I am not sure where it would go on that page,
if someone can "login" to sourceforge ;-) and look over the page and tell me where the best fit would be on the
wiki.opencsw page.
