[csw-maintainers] New/updated pkgs in testing: socat, dovecot (+ dovecot_devel, dovecot_sieve)

Hi,

i have put together updated dovecot packages and a socat package and put
them in testing.

socat-1.7.0.0,REV=2009.03.20-SunOS5.8-sparc-CSW.pkg.gz

dovecot uses cswusergroup, cswcpsampleconf, and cswinitsmf. Upgrades of
existing 1.0.x installations should work fine. On a fresh installation
dovecot should work out of the box for secure IMAP/POP access to system
user mailboxes.
