[csw-maintainers] New cswclassutils: cswcron, cswtexinfo, cswmigrateconf and GAR integration

Hi,

as of r7226 and cswclassutils 1.28 there is support for three new  
classes:

- cswcron allows modifying of the crontab
- cswtexinfo allows automatic addition of .info files to the texinfo dir
- cswmigrateconf allows easy migration of config files from /opt/csw/etc
   to /etc/opt/csw
