[csw-maintainers] Where's my CSWpydistutils?

The Python GAR Makefile refers to CSWpydistutils:

PACKAGES  = CSWidle CSWpython CSWpydistutils CSWpython-devel
CSWpython-rt CSWpython-tk
CATALOGNAME_CSWpydistutils = pydistutils
PKGFILES_CSWpydistutils += $(libdir)/.*/distutils/.*

...but the distutils package isn't there in the catalog! I can't build
Python packages with CSWpython and it makes me a sad panda...
