This isn't useful to users.  Users know the possible state by the
place they obtain.

No package is untested because clearly the maintainer will have
tested prior to unstable release, both arches.

One can know the bug state from bug reports.

Ready for stable isn't something judged in isolation but only as a
whole so isn't the property of a package.
