the proper way to do this, is to rework both the xpdf package, and
poppler, to use CSWalternatives.
NOT, to mark packages as "incompatible" with other current packages.

Please note: maintainers of xpdf and poppler will have to work
together, to agree which should be the "default" xpdf, if both
packages are installed.
