[csw-maintainers] public_html support on the buildfarm

Hi,

I just configured that
   /home/<user>/public_html/
is accessible via
   http://buildfarm.opencsw.org/~<user>/

You can best use it to post material for upstream bug reports or
to try out the new pkgbrowser from Maciej until it is fully
integrated.
