[csw-maintainers] unixodbc-2.3.0 is available for testing

hi, it seems odbc is found correctly but apr-util gives the following
while the tests are run:
Loaded odbc driver OK.

it currently links to CSWsqlite3rt, and i hoped thats enough. i
removed the dependency to odbc now and built --without-odbc.
