[csw-maintainers] GAR change: Reordering of linker pathes

Hi,

with change r8433 in GAR the ordering of the library pathes have been  
changed
to move the more specific pathes in front of the generic pathes:
   http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/gar/changeset/8433
Especially EXTRA_LIB is now before /opt/csw/lib and thus avoids linking
to legacy links in /opt/csw/lib although the correct path has been added
in EXTRA_LIB.
