[csw-maintainers] Problem with gam_server and gimp

Following up to my own post, I just realized that the fam package was also
recently upgraded, and this may also be a source for the new troubles.

Other people on the internet have reported similar problems with high
gam_server loads.  Here is a link to a discussion which may be of some use.
Personally, I'm completely unfamiliar with the operation of any of these
packages, so I have no immediated suggestions to offer until I do more
investigation.

There does not appear to be a default gaminrc configuration file installed
here in any of the etc directories.
