Yup.
While the choice of mantis contact email is up to the individual, the
one "MUST MATCH"' rule about mantis, is that the maintainer's mantis
username, must be the same as their opencsw "username".

I think that 2 weeks is too short. 30-45 days seems appropriate to me.
3 weeks at the shortest.
