[csw-maintainers] bad news on the CSW X11 front

Which means you get either 3D or modern gtk, et al. Phil's proposed
solution of using an older gtk may work for the short term, but I
think that's not necessarily a good long term solution.
I don't play in this area much, and excuse me if it has already been
stated, but: Can the CSW X11 link against /usr/lib/libGL.so, thus
getting us the best of both worlds? (Presumably this would mean a 5.9
build and a 5.10 build.)
