you could always create it "by hand".
Gar is way overkill for this.

if you feel adventurous...

create a pkginfo file. create a depend file. create a prototype file,
containing nothing but

i pkginfo
i depend
i copyright
(make some dummy copyright file also i guess)

run pkgmk.. hmm. except that wont make nice filenames for you based on
the stuff in pkginfo.
So run "createpkg" instead

and you should be done.
