RT is the biggest one and it certainly doesn't require Apache 1.x
(which is EOL btw).

Does anyone know if our RT works at all? With all the changes to Perl
and all the modules needed by RT, who can tell?

I think we could just unpack RT, modify the dependencies and release
it again with an updated REV-stamp. It wouldn't be worse than what we
have today and we would have gotten rid of the largest dependency to
Apache 1.x.
