[csw-maintainers] move bugs to another package?

Hi All,

Does anyone know how to move a bug from one package to another?  Now
that each CAS is a separate package, the bugs can be moved to the
scripts they pertain to.  I don't see a method to do this via the web
interface...is there a cli tool or does the database need to be
updated manually?
