[csw-maintainers] subversion-1.7.2 now with gnome-keyring, where to put command line keyring tool?

hi,

subversion-1.7.2 is now compiled with gnome-keyring included. for headless
installations, there is no possibility to maintain the keys. mark phippard
from collabnet wrote a tool to do this command line based, which is now
available as well: https://ctf.open.collab.net/sf/projects/keyring/. this
should go into a dedicated package, or would it be good to just add it to
gnome keyring?
