[csw-maintainers] subversion-1.7.2 now with gnome-keyring, where to put command line keyring tool?

I'd go separate package here since it doesn't seem to be included in
the contrib/ directory of the subversion package itself.  You might
reference it from README.CSW in CSWsvn though.
