[csw-maintainers] [policy] files/dirs in /var/opt/csw

FYI for the curious, or the pessimistic: I have just batched a new
version of pkg-get. And yes I adjusted it to move the file out of
/var.

(the update was to fix a compatibility problem with sunfreeware.com packages)
