I've committed the patch, after updating your clients, your packages
will be checked if their catalognames and pkgnames match.

I'm aware that there are many packages which will trigger this error.
If you have an existing package and you see this error, it doesn't
mean you have to change it.  You can rename it so it matches, but you
don't have to.  If you don't wish to change the name of your package,
you can override the error.

When creating new packages, make sure that the catalogname and pkgname
are matching, and checkpkg will help you spot a mismatch.
