[csw-maintainers] [website] drop empty pages and placeholders?

Hi,

while looking at our website for William's changes to the front page, I
noticed a couple of (near) empty pages. Could we drop these?

For one, to avoid linking empty content and for two, to reduce the
amount of pages that we have (to maintain).
