Updates:

There was a number of stuck cron jobs on the web zone.  Dago cleaned
some of them, I cleaned out the rest.  There were 3 kinds of stuck cron jobs:

- experimental update
- uwatch
- update-package-version-database

I did not attempt to debug why the jobs were stuck.

Generation of dublin now works; rsync to opencsw-future on the master
mirror is now underway.

I talked to Ben on IRC.  He'll update his catalog signing program to
support also opencsw-future.  I'll then integrate it into the catalog
generation, and we'll have signed, autogenerated catalogs in
opencsw-future.  After a period testing (length to be discussed),
we'll flip the switch and go live.
