My understanding was that people will learn about the vote when they
receive e-mails send directly to them. Announcements on the mailing
list would be redundant. Of course, I can send redundant
notifications to the mailing list, if that helps.
I do not have control of the source e-mail address, e-mails are
generated and sent by ballotbin.
I suggest always monitoring e-mail send directly to each user name, e.g.:
"To: <username>@opencsw.(...)"
