[csw-maintainers] Call for vote: -dev vs. -devel

For the record, I would like to state that I never saw a vote invite.

This might have something to do with the fact that the vote invite
last time, showed up as from
"Maciej at mail.guatec.com"

It was not even from an @opencsw.org address. And there was no
announce that I saw on the maintainers list, "hey I sent a vote invite
out".


That being said, I acknowlege that according to the above numbers, we
had good participation, and the majority favors -dev. So I'll be
passing -dev packages through now.

Are there any other non-announced votes currently going on?
