[csw-maintainers] The dublin release: remaining tasks

Status report request!

- any serious breakages in the current catalog?
- we need to investigate the krb5 issue - either rebuild deps or re-release
the old lib
- any reason not to release now that anyone knows of?
- shall we make the release while in Bratislava? (And pop an actual
champagne?)
