[csw-maintainers] The dublin release: remaining tasks

One note about releasing packages this week:

If anyone has any bugs to fix that would be only rev bumps (no version
changes), now would be a good time. Your fix will go into Dublin. If you
upload a version upgrade, it will not be integrated into Dublin and will
not be in the Dublin release. So if you have a bug to fix, don't make a
version bump at the same time.

For example, I uploaded gcc-4.7 to unstable, but it won't be in Dublin.
