[csw-maintainers] Samba update (The dublin release: remaining tasks)

Hi,
I just pushed a new release of samba to unstable.
Since it is a security release and only fixes:
CVE-2012-1182

( http://www.samba.org/samba/history/samba-3.6.4.html )

it should be pushed to dublin.
