[csw-maintainers] package browser

I'm just about to do something along similar lines in the package browser.
Here's the proof of concept:

It does not require any new tables in MySQL, but instead adds a run time
dependency on the buildfarm. I think this is acceptable. Part of the reason
to do that is the download links.

What's the main problem that we want to solve here? Showing which packages
are in which catalogs? Or showing metadata for each package to see e.g.
maintainer changes?
