[csw-maintainers] [checkpkg] Shared library related bugfix pushed

I have pushed a bugfix today, which removes a problem with shared
library checking. The bug was causing checkpkg to classify binaries as
non-binaries, which in turn broke shared library checking functions,
including package split suggestions. It is fixed now in the
repository, please update your subversion clients. To get the fixed
code, run:

mgar up-buildsys

The fixed code will correctly index new packages, but since the bug
was in the indexing part, there is a number of packages that have
inaccurate metadata in the database.
