If we want to do it in a wiki, we should pick one of the two existing
ones, that should be fine. The idea is to write something that you
read as a book, which has a first page and, most importantly, the last
page (which wikis don't have :-) (but potentially can emulate)).
Another topic is offline usage. I would imagine something like
downloading an epub/mobi to an ebook reader, and reading the OpenCSW
book on the plane.
