[csw-maintainers] Location of pgp key

Hi,

I would like to reorganize the web page a bit: the mirror list should be moved to
mirror.opencsw.org and the gpg key should IMHO be located at
  www.opencsw.org/security
or such. I noticed the URL is already taken and is a forward to another page. Where is
that set? I looked in the
  .htaccess
  httpd-vhosts.conf
  httpd.conf
but can't find anything. Where is that set?
