[csw-maintainers] gmake: *** [pkgcheck] Error 2 when compiling perl module

hello all,

this is my first tentative to compile a perl module.
The result of "mgar package" is:
gmake: *** [pkgcheck] Error 2


i looked all the messages, and i don't understand where is the error. 
The only things i noticed are the warning:

and what is the meaning of:
* Unused Override: CSWpmclassfactutil: surplus-dependency
* Unused Override: CSWpmclassfactutil: 
pkginfo-description-not-starting-with-uppercase


i found the pkg here:

the file name is:
pm_classfactutil-1.7,REV=2012.07.05-SunOS5.9-all-UNCOMMITTED.pkg.gz

why do i have "UNCOMMITTED" in the name?
