This is telling you that you've overridden checkpkg in two cases that
aren't necessary.  That likely means that the previous issues were
fixed in the recipe.

This is because you have uncommitted work in your recipe.  If you
commit it so that it's public in the sf.net repository, and then do:

mgar remerge repacakge

You should get a file with -CSW instead of -UNCOMMITTED.
