[csw-maintainers] need help for CGI::Session::serialize::yaml

These are experimental repositories.  They're not part of the unstable
catalog at this point.  If you place packages into
/home/experimental/foo/ on the buildfarm, there will be a new catalog
for that experimental repo created so you can easily install the
packages.  They're not part of the unstable catalog until someone
csw-upload-pkg's them though.

We use the experimental repos to quickly share test packages (eg: for
a user requested bugfix, etc).
