[csw-maintainers] shoud STRIP_LIBTOOL = 1 solve the problem?

Hi,

I have the following linking problem:

  CCLD   libevince-properties-page.la
/opt/csw/gnu/grep: /opt/csw/lib/libgtk-x11-2.0.la: No such file or directory
/opt/csw/gnu/sed: can't read /opt/csw/lib/libgtk-x11-2.0.la: No such file or directory
libtool: link: `/opt/csw/lib/libgtk-x11-2.0.la' is not a valid libtool archive
gmake[2]: *** [libevince-properties-page.la] Error 1
gmake[2]: Leaving directory `/home/cgrzemba/opencsw/evince/trunk/work/build-ISA-sparcv8plus/evince-2.30.3/properties'
gmake[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

STRIP_LIBTOOL = 1

is already set but the .la files are still used.

Any ideas?
