[csw-maintainers] Last remaining packages for the openssl migration (take 2)

Hello!  Sorry I have been MIA for a few weeks my work load has been 
heavy.  I'm repackaging gftp now.  As for flphoto I do not have time to 
maintain it anymore.  If anyone wants to take it over please do so.  Or 
if you want to drop if from the catalog that is fine with me also.
