[csw-maintainers] cannot upload update of class action script texhash package

I bit flabbergasted:

Having modified my class action script, I package-it following the 
instructions in the README file:

on unstable10s:

mgar package-CSWcas-texhash

the log file is in ~/logs/cas_texhash

On login, I try to upload it:
