[csw-maintainers] [csw-pkgrequests] New package request : MPlayer and Mencoder and a new version of ffmpeg

Hi,

I just updated ffmpeg to the lastest version 1.1.3. (Should hit the
mirrors soon)
regarding mplay and memcoder this will probably not happen as this is a
mess to build the last time I tried it. Feel free to join and try to
build it though :)
