I don't see that we would ever have more than two at the same time
spanning all our catalogs, certainly not in any single catalog.

I think it's easier both for us and the users to have this system when
it comes to the large titles like samba, apache and so on. No one
would like to accidentally upgrade to something that is not compatible
and for us to create complicated processes to avoid this is
unnecessary work in my opinion.
