missing directory 'test' in package

Ok, I have found in 
~/opencsw/.buildsys/v2/categories/python/category.mk
directory test is excluded for merging python related packages.
and

MERGE_EXCLUDE_CATEGORY =

helps to prevent this.

the primary reason for the problem is addressed here:
