[newpkgs] GCC 3.3.3 packaged

GCC 3.3.3 for SPARC and x86 Solaris has been committed to the repository. 

NOTE: When using GCC 3.3.3, make sure you have a path to /opt/csw/gcc3/bin, 
and to set LD_OPTIONS (and in some exceptional cases LD_LIBRARY_PATH) to 
point to /opt/csw/gcc3/lib first, and then /opt/csw/lib. 

The SPARC version supports 32- and 64-bit, the x86 is still on 32 bit only. 

Languages supported: Ada, C, C++, Fortran, Java and Objective C.
