[csw-pkgsubmissions] newpkgs mediawiki

Two problems.

1. you made it not relocatable any more

2. you included a bunch of ".git" files in the package.

Oddly, the prior release WAS in gar.
Cant you just take the prior stuff, and dont change anything except
the shipped mediawiki files?
