[csw-pkgsubmissions] Remove CSWpmlogmessage, CSWpmmodcorelist and CSWpmcpanplus

I'm not sure this really belongs in the pkgsubmissions list.

In the future, please email removal requests to the maintainers list;
that way it may get more attention.
