if PKG name and catalog name are not going to be matching anyways...
(because of _stub)

can we please take more care, to match the part without the _stub, to
the original catalog name please?
specific example:


ORIG: CSWgardevel gar_devel

your stub package:
CSWgardevel gardevel_stub

PREFERRED stub, that matches orig:

CSWgardevel gar_devel_stub

meanwhile, batching this one. as an experiment to see if results
actually happen if I do NOT hold up a release to discuss an issue.
