It's potentially a logical conflict, with what sun ships.
However, I made a mistake. I didnt notice it was section 5; thought it
was section 1.

Since section 5 just documents "standards", and presumably this is
just a documentation of the "tar format"... and since there is no
pre-existing sun section5 tar manpage.. i guess it's okay.
