It's available again in gcc3rt. Just update to the latest version of
this package and everything should work again:

faui04b [~]# ldd /opt/csw/kde-gcc/bin/moc | grep stdc
        libstdc++.so.5 =>        /opt/csw/gcc3/lib/libstdc++.so.5

faui04b [~]# grep VERSION /var/sadm/pkg/CSWgcc3rt/pkginfo
VERSION=3.4.1,REV=2004.08.16
